ISOW7841DWE

The Texas Instruments ISOW7841DWE is a high-performance, reinforced quad-channel digital isolator with an integrated high-efficiency DC-DC converter. It offers a robust isolation barrier with a projected lifetime of over 100 years at 1 kV RMS working voltage. The device provides up to 5000 V RMS isolation rating and 10 kV PK surge capability, along with a minimum CMTI of 100 kV/µs.

Key electrical characteristics include a maximum data rate of 100Mbps, a working isolation voltage of 1000Vrms, and a transient isolation voltage of 7071VPK.
