ISOW1044DFMR Description

The transceiver features fault protection up to ±58V on the DC bus and a receiver common mode input voltage range of ±12V. It includes an additional 10 Mbps GPIO channel for diagnostics or monitoring. The integrated DC-DC converter offers high efficiency (47% typical) and provides an isolated output voltage accuracy of ±5% with an additional 20 mA output current capability.

 

Designed for robust operation, the ISOW1044DFMR has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and high Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) of 100 kV/µs. It also features high ESD bus protection, including ±12 kV HBM and ±8 kV IEC 61000-4-2 contact discharge.

 

The device is supplied in a 20-pin wide SOIC package suitable for surface mounting. Safety-related certifications are planned, including VDE, UL, and IEC standards, making it suitable for industrial automation, building automation, and motor drive applications.
