The ISO8200BQTR is a parallel-interface high-side driver designed for driving relays and solenoids. It integrates 8 outputs with a 1:1 ratio, each capable of delivering 700mA at 10.5V with a typical on-resistance of 120mOhm. The device includes comprehensive fault protection: fixed current limiting, over-temperature shutdown, over-voltage protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). Additional features include automatic restart after a fault condition and a status flag output for system monitoring. The driver operates across a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It is housed in a 32-TQFN Exposed Pad package (also known as 32-TFQFPN 11x9) for surface-mount assembly, providing efficient thermal dissipation.
