This device is suitable for applications requiring noise current isolation, preventing interference with sensitive circuitry. It supports a signaling rate greater than 50 Mbps with a typical propagation delay of 7 ns and low pulse skew of 200 ps. The operating temperature range is specified from -40°C to 125°C.

 

The ISO7421FEDR is housed in a narrow body SOIC-8 package, suitable for surface mount applications. It operates from 3-V to 5.5-V supply levels and offers 3.3-V and 5-V level translation capabilities. The isolation barrier life is rated for over 25 years.
