The ISL9V5036S3ST is an N-channel ignition IGBT from On Semiconductor, part of the ECOSPARK series. It is designed for automotive ignition coil driver circuits and coil-on-plug applications. The device offers a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 390V and a continuous collector current of 46A at 25°C (31A at 110°C). It features logic-level gate drive and internal voltage clamping diodes.
