The ISL9V3036S3ST is a single N-channel IGBT from ON Semiconductor designed for high-voltage switching applications. It offers a maximum collector-emitter voltage (Vce) of 360V and a continuous collector current (Ic) rating of 21A. The device features a low saturation voltage (Vce(sat)) of 1.6V at a gate drive of 4V and collector current of 6A, enabling efficient power conversion.
