The ISL9V2540S3ST is an N-channel IGBT designed for high voltage switching applications. With a collector-emitter voltage rating of 430V and continuous collector current of 15.5A, it is suitable for medium power circuits. The device has a power dissipation of 166.7W and a gate charge of 15.1 nC. The collector-emitter saturation voltage is typically 1.8V at Vge=4V, Ic=6A. The turn-on delay time is 3.64 µs under test conditions of 300V, 1kOhm, 5V. This IGBT features logic level input, allowing direct drive from low voltage logic circuits. It is packaged in a surface mount TO-263-3 (D²Pak) package, which is suitable for automated assembly. The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 175°C.
