The ISL9R460P2 is a 600V, 4A Stealth diode from ON Semiconductor designed for low loss performance in high frequency hard switched applications. It features a fast recovery time of less than 20ns and exceptionally soft recovery, minimizing ringing and reducing the need for additional snubber circuitry.
