The ISL9R18120S3ST is a STEALTH fast recovery diode designed for high frequency hard switched applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1200V and an average rectified forward current of 18A at TC=92°C. The diode has a maximum forward voltage of 3.3V at 18A and 25°C, and a typical reverse recovery time of 300ns. It is avalanche energy rated at 20mJ. The device is housed in a D2PAK-3 (TO-263) surface mount package, supplied on tape and reel with 800 units per reel. It is Pb-free and RoHS compliant. Applications include hard switched PFC boost diodes, UPS freewheeling diodes, motor drive FWD, SMPS FWD, and snubber diodes.
