The ISL9K3060G3 is a STEALTH dual diode from On Semiconductor, designed for low loss performance in high-frequency hard-switched applications. It features a common cathode configuration with two diodes rated for 600V DC blocking voltage and 30A average rectified current per leg (60A total device current).
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 2.4V at 30A and 25°C, a typical reverse recovery time of 36ns at 30A, and an avalanche energy rating of 20mJ. The device is suited for use as a freewheeling or boost diode in power supplies, PFC circuits, UPS systems, and motor drives.
