The ISL9K1560G3 is a STEALTH dual diode array from onsemi, designed for low-loss performance in high-frequency hard-switched applications. It contains two common-cathode diodes rated for 600V reverse voltage and 15A average rectified forward current each, with a total device current of 30A.
