The module delivers dual 3A output current per channel, or a single 6A output when operating in current sharing mode. The two channels operate 180° out-of-phase to reduce input RMS current and EMI. Input voltage range is 2.85V to 6V, and the output voltage is adjustable from 0.8V to 5V. Typical efficiency reaches up to 95%.

 

Protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP), over-temperature protection (OTP), short-circuit protection (SCP), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). An internal digital soft-start of 1.5ms is included. The module is designed for surface mount assembly and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
