The Renesas ISL8200AMMRZ is a non-isolated point-of-load (PoL) DC/DC power module designed for high-density power conversion in commercial ITE equipment. It integrates the complete switching power supply in a compact 23-PowerQFN package measuring just 15.0mm x 15.0mm x 2.2mm.
This module delivers a continuous output current of up to 10A from an input voltage range of 3V to 20V. The output voltage can be set from 0.6V to 6V using a single external resistor. Built-in features include adjustable output and remote sense for precise regulation.
