The ISSI IS25LQ016B-JNLE-TR is a 16Mbit (2Mbyte) Serial NOR Flash Memory designed for high-performance applications. It supports standard SPI, Dual SPI, and Quad SPI interfaces, with a maximum frequency of 104 MHz for SPI/Dual/Quad Multi-I/O SPI, providing up to 416 MHz equivalent Quad SPI speed and 52MB/S continuous data throughput.
This flash memory operates over a wide voltage range of 2.3V to 3.6V and offers a broad temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. It features efficient read and program modes, including support for XIP (execute in place) operations. The memory architecture is flexible with uniform 4 Kbyte sectors or 32/64 Kbyte blocks, supporting standard page programming of 1 to 256 bytes.
Advanced security features include software and hardware write protection, a dedicated 4x256-byte security area with OTP user-lockable bits, and a 128-bit unique ID. The IS25LQ016B-JNLE-TR is supplied in an 8-pin SOIC 150mil package and is available on tape and reel. It boasts over 100,000 erase/program cycles and more than 20 years of data retention.
