The IS25LP128F-JKLE is a 128Mbit (16Mbyte) serial flash memory device from Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. It offers a versatile storage solution with high flexibility and performance, designed for systems requiring limited space, low pin count, and low power consumption.
This NOR flash memory operates with a voltage supply range of 2.3V to 3.6V and supports standard SPI, Fast, Dual I/O, Quad I/O, and Quad Peripheral Interface (QPI) modes, including Dual Transfer Rate (DTR) and Quad I/O DTR interfaces. It achieves a fast read frequency of up to 166MHz, with DTR operation up to 80MHz, providing an equivalent throughput of 664 Mb/s. The memory is organized as 16M x 8 bits and features efficient read and program modes with low instruction overhead.
