The IS25LP128F-JBLE-TR is a 128Mbit (16Mbyte) Serial Flash Memory IC manufactured by Integrated Silicon Solution. It utilizes a high-performance SPI interface that supports various modes including Standard SPI, Dual I/O, Quad I/O, SPI DTR, Dual I/O DTR, Quad I/O DTR, and QPI.

This memory device operates with a clock frequency of up to 133 MHz, offering an equivalent throughput of 664 Mb/s. It supports a wide voltage range of 2.3V to 3.6V and operates within an extended temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
