The IS25LP080D-JNLA3-TR is an 8Mbit Serial Flash Memory device manufactured by Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (ISSI). It offers a versatile storage solution with high performance and a simplified pin count package, accessed through a 4-wire SPI interface that supports standard SPI, Fast, Dual, Dual I/O, Quad, Quad I/O, SPI DTR, Dual I/O DTR, Quad I/O DTR, and QPI protocols.
