The IS25LP080D-JNLA3 is a high-performance 8Mbit NOR Flash memory device manufactured by Integrated Silicon Solution. It features an industry-standard serial interface supporting SPI, Fast, Dual I/O, Quad I/O, SPI DTR, Dual I/O DTR, and Quad I/O DTR modes, along with QPI for reduced instruction overhead. The device operates at clock frequencies up to 133MHz, providing an equivalent QPI frequency of 532MHz and DTR frequencies up to 66MHz.

Designed for flexibility and efficiency, this memory offers a memory organization of 1M x 8 bits and supports page programming from 1 to 256 bytes. It boasts over 100,000 erase/program cycles and more than 20 years of data retention. The operating voltage range is from 2.3V to 3.6V, with low active read current and minimal standby and deep power-down currents.

The IS25LP080D-JNLA3 is available in an 8-SOIC package with a surface mount type. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C (TA).
