The ISSI IS25LP016D-JNLA3-TR is a 16Mbit (2Mbyte) serial flash memory offering high performance and flexibility for space-constrained applications. It features an industry-standard serial interface supporting SPI, Fast SPI, Dual I/O, Quad I/O, SPI DTR, Dual I/O DTR, Quad I/O DTR, and QPI modes, with read frequencies up to 133MHz and QPI equivalent speeds up to 532MHz.
This memory device operates from a single voltage supply, with the IS25LP series ranging from 2.30V to 3.60V and the IS25WP series from 1.65V to 1.95V. It offers robust features including over 100,000 erase/program cycles and more than 20 years of data retention. The memory architecture supports uniform sector/block erase and programmable page programming.
Available in various industry-standard packages such as SOIC, VVSOP, WSON, USON, and TFBGA, the IS25LP016D-JNLA3-TR is suitable for surface mount applications.
