IRS2112STRPBF

The Infineon IRS2112STRPBF is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver designed for robust performance in demanding applications. It offers independent high- and low-side referenced output channels, capable of operating up to 600V. The device features a gate drive supply range of 10V to 20V and a logic supply range from 3.3V to 20V, ensuring compatibility with various system designs.

Key electrical characteristics include a maximum offset voltage of 600V, output current capabilities of 200mA / 440mA, and an output voltage range of 10V to 20V. The IRS2112STRPBF boasts matched propagation delays for both channels, with typical turn-on times of 135ns and turn-off times of 105ns, and a delay matching of 30ns, which simplifies use in high-frequency applications. It is also tolerant to negative transient voltage and immune to dV/dt.

This gate driver is constructed using proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies, enabling ruggedized monolithic construction.
