The IRLL110 is a third-generation N-Channel power MOSFET designed for surface-mount applications. It offers a drain-source voltage rating of 100V and a continuous drain current of 1.5A at case temperature 25°C. The device features logic-level gate drive, with maximum on-resistance specified at 540mOhm for Vgs=5V and Id=900mA. Total gate charge is 6.1nC at Vgs=5V, enabling fast switching performance. Input capacitance is 250pF at Vds=25V.
The MOSFET is avalanche rated with a single pulse energy of 50mJ and repetitive avalanche energy of 0.31mJ. Maximum power dissipation is 2.0W when mounted on a PCB (ambient) and 3.1W at case temperature 25°C. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 60°C/W (PCB mount). Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
Packaged in the SOT-223 (TO-261-4) surface-mount package, the IRLL110 is suitable for automated assembly. The package includes an enlarged tab for improved thermal performance. Lead-free and halogen-free ordering options are available (IRLL110TRPbF and SiHLL110TR-GE3).
