The IRL3803VSPBF is a logic-level N-Channel Power MOSFET manufactured by Infineon Technologies (formerly International Rectifier). It is designed for high-current switching applications with a drain-source voltage rating of 30V and continuous drain current of 140A at 25°C case temperature. The device features a maximum on-resistance of 5.5mOhm at Vgs=10V and 71A, and 7.5mOhm at Vgs=4.5V, making it suitable for low-voltage power conversion. The MOSFET is fully avalanche rated with a maximum avalanche current of 71A and repetitive avalanche energy of 20mJ. It has a fast switching characteristic with typical input capacitance of 3720pF at Vds=25V and gate charge of 76nC at Vgs=4.5V.
