The IRFU310PBF is an N-Channel power MOSFET designed for high-voltage switching applications. It is rated for a maximum drain-source voltage of 400 V and a continuous drain current of 1.7 A at a case temperature of 25 °C (1.1 A at 100 °C). The device uses MOSFET (metal-oxide) technology and is configured as a single transistor.
The maximum on-resistance is 3.6 Ω at Vgs = 10 V and Id = 1 A. Gate charge is 12 nC at Vgs = 10 V, which supports fast switching. The part also has a single-pulse avalanche energy rating of 86 mJ, making it suitable for inductive-load applications.
