The IRFS9N60ATRLPBF is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-voltage switching applications. With a drain-source voltage rating of 600V and continuous drain current of 9.2A at 25°C, it is suitable for switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies. The device features a low typical on-resistance of 750 mOhm at 10V gate drive, and a maximum gate charge of 49 nC for efficient switching.
The MOSFET is built with planar technology and offers improved gate, avalanche, and dynamic dV/dt ruggedness. It is capable of handling pulsed drain currents up to 37A and has a single pulse avalanche energy rating of 290 mJ. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 170W at case temperature 25°C.
The IRFS9N60ATRLPBF is supplied in a surface-mount D2PAK (TO-263) package with gull wing leads, suitable for automated assembly. The part is lead (Pb)-free and RoHS compliant (unverified). It is the tape-and-reel version of the IRFS9N60APbF, intended for high-volume production.
The maximum drain-source voltage is 600V.
