The IRFP3710PBF is a fifth-generation HEXFET power MOSFET from Infineon Technologies. It is an N-Channel device with a drain-source breakdown voltage of 100V and a continuous drain current of 57A at 25°C case temperature. The maximum on-resistance is 25mOhm at Vgs=10V and Id=28A, enabling high efficiency in power conversion circuits.
This MOSFET is designed for fast switching with typical rise and fall times of 59ns and 48ns respectively. It is fully avalanche rated with a single pulse avalanche energy of 530mJ and an avalanche current capability of 28A. The device can operate at junction temperatures up to 175°C and dissipates up to 200W.
The IRFP3710PBF is housed in a TO-247AC package (TO-247-3) with through-hole mounting. This package is suitable for high-power commercial and industrial applications where higher power levels exceed the capability of TO-220 devices. The part is lead-free and supplied in tubes of 25 pieces.
