The IRFL110 is a third-generation N-Channel power MOSFET from Vishay Siliconix designed for fast switching and low on-resistance. It features a 100V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current rating of 1.5A at 25°C case temperature. The device achieves a maximum on-resistance of 540mOhm at Vgs = 10V and Id = 900mA.
