The IRFI634GPBF is a third generation N-Channel Power MOSFET from Vishay, designed for fast switching and rugged operation. It features a drain-source voltage rating of 250V and a continuous drain current of 5.6A at 25°C case temperature (3.5A at 100°C). The device has a low maximum on-resistance of 0.45 Ohm at 3.4A and 10V gate drive, with a total gate charge of 41 nC and input capacitance of 770 pF at 25V Vds. The MOSFET is capable of handling pulsed drain currents up to 22A and offers a single pulse avalanche energy rating of 300 mJ.
Packaged in a TO-220-3 Full Pack with isolated tab, this component provides high voltage isolation of 2.5 kV RMS, eliminating the need for additional insulating hardware.
