The device offers a maximum drain-source on-resistance (Rds(on)) of 300mOhm at Vgs=10V and Id=5.4A, ensuring efficient power handling.
The MOSFET is housed in a TO-220-3 through-hole package (TO-220AB), which provides low thermal resistance and is suitable for power dissipation up to 82W at 25°C.
