The IR21834STRPBF from Infineon Technologies is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver. It features dependent high and low side referenced output channels, built with proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies for rugged monolithic construction.
This gate driver IC is fully operational to +600V and tolerant to negative transient voltage, with dV/dt immunity.
