The IR2110S from Vishay Dale is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver. It features independent high and low side referenced output channels, built with proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies for rugged monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs.
This driver is suitable for high frequency applications due to matched propagation delays. The floating channel can drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in a high-side configuration, operating up to 500 volts.
