The Samtec IPL1-110-02-L-D-K is a 20-position, dual-row surface mount shrouded header from the IPL1 series. It features a 2.54mm pitch and row spacing, with all positions loaded. The connector is designed for board-to-cable/wire applications and mates with Samtec MMSD, MMSS, MMSDT, and MMSST cable assemblies.
The header is shrouded on all four walls and includes a locking ramp for secure mating. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish (0.25µm thickness) and have a square shape. The insulator is natural liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
This surface mount version (lead style -02) is solder terminated and supports tape and reel packaging with a polyimide pick-and-place pad. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, and the voltage rating is 675 VAC / 954 VDC. The part is keyed for polarization (K option).
