The Samtec IPL1-106-01-L-D-K is a 12-position, 2-row, through-hole shrouded header with male pins. It is part of the IPL1 series designed for board-to-cable/wire connections. The connector features a 2.54mm pitch and 2.54mm row spacing.
The header has a shrouded 4-wall design with a locking ramp fastening mechanism for secure mating. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 10µ" gold plating on the mating area and matte tin on the termination tails. The insulator is natural LCP with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C.
Voltage rating is 675 VAC and 954 VDC. Current rating depends on wire gauge when mated with MMSD cable: 4.8A for 20 AWG, down to 2.1A for 30 AWG (2 pins powered). The header is lead-free solderable.
Through-hole mounting with solder termination. The part is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected. It is designed for use with Samtec MMSD, MMSS, MMSDT, MMSST cable assemblies.
