The Samtec IPL1-105-02-F-D-K is a 10-position (2 rows of 5) shrouded male pin header designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and row spacing, with a surface mount (SMT) termination style. The insulator is made of natural Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments. The contacts are phosphor bronze with a 3µ" gold flash on the mating area (per the -F suffix) and a matte tin finish on the tail, over a 50µ" nickel underplating. The header includes a keyed polarization slot (K option) and a locking ramp for secure mating with compatible cable assemblies such as Samtec's MMSD and MMSS series. The header is rated for up to 4.8A per pin when powered with 2 pins using 20 AWG wire, and has a voltage rating of 675VAC/954VDC. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The SMT version (02 lead style) comes with a polyimide pick-and-place pad for automated assembly. The part is lead-free solderable and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
