The IPD60R600E6 is an N-Channel enhancement-mode power MOSFET built on Infineon's CoolMOS E6 superjunction technology. It is designed for high-voltage switching applications that demand high efficiency and compact design.

The maximum drain-source on-resistance is 600mΩ at Vgs=10V and Id=2.4A.
