The Samtec IPBS-110-01-T-S-GP is a .165" (4.20mm) pitch Power Mate isolated power socket strip from the IPBS series. It is a single-row, 10-position female socket header designed for board-to-board applications. The connector features individually shrouded contacts for electrical and mechanical protection.
This connector is rated for 9.3A maximum current (with 2 pins powered) and 400 VAC / 566 VDC maximum voltage. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. The insulator is made of black LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) and the contacts are phosphor bronze with matte tin plating over 50 µ" nickel. The contact length is 3.94mm and insulation height is 12.20mm.
The connector uses through-hole termination with solder leads. It has a push-pull fastening type and includes a guide pin feature for alignment. The pitch is 4.20mm (0.165"). The packaging is tube with a standard quantity of 10 pieces per tube.
The IPBS-110-01-T-S-GP is lead-free solderable and is claimed to be RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has MSL 1 (unlimited) — though these compliance claims are unverified. It is suitable for power distribution in board-to-board connections where isolated power contacts are required.
