The Infineon IPB70N10S3L-12 is an N-channel OptiMOS™-T Power-Transistor. It features a 100V drain-source breakdown voltage and a continuous drain current of 70A at 25°C case temperature with a 10V gate-source voltage. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +175°C.
