The IP4340CX15/P is a 6-channel bidirectional Zener TVS diode array designed for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 6 V and a typical capacitance of 11 pF at 1 MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines. ESD protection is rated at 15 kV maximum per channel.
