The IP4284CZ10-TBR is a 4-channel steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode array designed to protect high-speed interfaces such as HDMI, DisplayPort, SuperSpeed USB, eSATA, and LVDS from electrostatic discharge (ESD).
It features a 5.5V reverse standoff voltage and a typical clamping voltage of 9.5V. Each channel offers an ultra-low capacitance of 0.5 pF with matching between signal pairs of ≤0.05 pF, minimizing signal integrity degradation in high-speed data lines.
The device provides ESD protection up to ±8 kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2. It is packaged in a compact XSON10 (10-XFDFN) surface mount package with dimensions of 2.5x1 mm, suitable for space-constrained designs. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
The IP4284CZ10-TBR is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and lead-free (Dark Green compliant).
