The IP4283CZ10-TB,115 is a 4-channel steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode from NXP Semiconductors designed to protect high-speed interfaces such as HDMI, DisplayPort, eSATA, and LVDS against electrostatic discharge (ESD).
Each signal line is protected by integrated rail-to-rail clamping diodes providing ESD protection up to ±8 kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2 level 4. The device features ultra-low line capacitance of 0.6 pF per channel with matching capacitance between signal pairs of ≤0.05 pF, making it suitable for high-speed data lines.
The device is available in a 10-XSON (XSON10U) surface-mount package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It is HDMI 1.3a and DisplayPort compliant, and is Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free (Dark Green compliant).
