The IP3253CZ16-8-TTL,1 is an 8-channel LC Pi low-pass filter array from NXP Semiconductors, designed to filter unwanted RF signals on I/O ports of portable communication and computing devices. It integrates inductors and diodes for ESD protection up to ±15kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2 and ±30kV HBM per MIL-STD-883 Method 3015.
The filter has a total inductance of 18nH and capacitance of 25pF per channel, with a nominal cutoff frequency of 175MHz. It provides at least 30dB attenuation from 1GHz to 4GHz. The device is rated for a maximum current of 30mA and has a resistance of 8 ohms (unit inferred). Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
