The filter has a total inductance of 18nH and capacitance of 25pF per channel, with a nominal cutoff frequency of 175MHz. It provides at least 30dB attenuation from 1GHz to 4GHz. The device is rated for a maximum current of 30mA and has a resistance of 8 ohms (unit inferred). Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.

 

This filter is fabricated using monolithic silicon technology and is available in a 16-UFDFN exposed pad (QFN) package with 0.4mm pitch, measuring 3.30mm x 1.35mm x 0.55mm. It is surface mount and RoHS3 compliant. Applications include GSM, LAN, PCS, and WAN systems.
