The IP3088CX15,135 is a 6-channel LC (Pi) low-pass filter array fabricated using monolithic silicon technology. It is designed to filter undesired RF signals on the I/O ports of portable communication or computing devices. Each channel integrates a 40nH inductor and 42pF capacitor, achieving a typical cutoff frequency of 175 MHz and providing 40 dB attenuation from 800 MHz to 1.5 GHz.
In addition to filtering, the device incorporates ESD protection diodes capable of withstanding electrostatic discharges up to ±15 kV (IEC 61000-4-2 level 4) and ±30 kV (MIL-STD-883D method 3015). The rated current per channel is 30 mA.
The IP3088CX15,135 is housed in a 15-bump Wafer-Level Chip-Scale Package (WLCSP) with a 0.5 mm pitch, measuring 2.96 mm x 1.28 mm x 0.70 mm. It is surface-mountable and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is Pb-free and halogen-free (Dark Green compliant).
The typical cutoff frequency is 175 MHz.
It provides 40 dB attenuation from 800 MHz to 1.5 GHz.
It withstands ±15 kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2 and ±30 kV per MIL-STD-883D method 3015.
It is a 15-bump Wafer-Level Chip-Scale Package (WLCSP) with 0.5 mm pitch.
The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
RoHS3 compliance is claimed but unverified.
