INA1650IPWR Description

Short technical summary and product information.

The Texas Instruments INA1650IPWR is a dual-channel SoundPlus™ audio line receiver. It achieves an extremely high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 91 dB while maintaining an ultra-low THD+N of -120 dB at 1 kHz for 22-dBu signal levels. This performance is enabled by precision matching of on-chip resistors, which are superior to external components and immune to PCB layout mismatches.

The INA1650IPWR operates over a wide supply range of ±2.25 V to ±18 V and features a bandwidth of 2.7 MHz. It includes integrated EMI filters and short-circuit protection for robust operation. The device is specified for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.

Packaged in a compact 14-pin TSSOP, the INA1650IPWR is suitable for surface mount applications. It also includes a buffered mid-supply reference output, allowing configuration for dual- or single-supply operation and providing a bias voltage for other analog circuitry.

This audio line receiver is ideal for applications requiring high signal integrity and noise immunity, such as home audio systems, professional audio equipment, and automotive audio.
