The IMN10T108 is a general purpose diode array manufactured by ROHM Semiconductor. It contains three independent standard silicon diodes in a single surface mount package.
Each diode is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 80V and a forward current of 100mA. The forward voltage is typically 1.2V at 100mA. Reverse recovery time is 4ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications. Reverse leakage current is 100nA at 70V.
