The ILHB1206ER501V is a high current multilayer ferrite bead from Vishay Dale. It features a nominal impedance of 500 Ω at 100 MHz with a ±25% tolerance. The maximum DC resistance is 70 mΩ, and it is rated for a maximum DC current of 2.5 A. This ferrite bead is designed for surface mount applications in a 1206 (3216 metric) package measuring 3.20 mm x 1.60 mm with a maximum height of 1.30 mm.
The device is magnetically self-shielded and features nickel barrier plating to prevent silver migration. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, and the voltage rating is 100 V. It is suitable for use in power supply filtering, noise suppression, and signal conditioning circuits where high current handling and low DCR are required.
