ILHB1206ER500V is a high current multilayer ferrite bead from the Vishay Dale ILHB series. It provides 50 Ω impedance at 100 MHz with ±25% tolerance, designed to suppress high-frequency noise in power and signal lines. With a rated DC current of 6 A and a voltage rating of 100 V, it is well suited for power supply filtering and DC-DC converter applications.
The bead has a maximum DC resistance of 15 mΩ, minimizing power loss in high-current paths. It is a single-line, magnetically self-shielded component that reduces crosstalk and electromagnetic interference. The operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C supports use in demanding automotive and industrial environments.
The 1206 (3216 Metric) surface mount package measures 3.20 mm by 1.60 mm with a maximum height of 1.30 mm. Nickel barrier plating helps prevent silver migration, and the part is lead-free per datasheet with a JEDEC e3 finish. Tape and reel packaging is available for automated assembly.
