The Vishay Dale ILHB0805ER601V is a high-current multilayer ferrite bead from the ILHB series. It offers a nominal impedance of 600 Ω at 100 MHz, with a maximum DC resistance of 100 mΩ and a current rating of 2 A. This single-line ferrite bead is designed for surface-mount applications and is housed in a standard 0805 (2012 Metric) package with dimensions of 2.00 mm x 1.25 mm x 1.10 mm.
This ferrite bead operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is rated for a voltage of 100 V. It features nickel barrier plating to prevent silver migration and is magnetically self-shielded. The component is suitable for use in power supply filtering, DC-DC converter EMI suppression, and other high-frequency noise filtering applications.
The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging and is compatible with standard reflow soldering processes. It meets solderability requirements of 90% coverage after 5 seconds in 235°C solder and can withstand 10 seconds in 260°C solder.
