ILD217T

The Vishay Dale ILD217T is a dual channel optocoupler designed for applications requiring high electrical isolation between input and output signals. It utilizes a GaAs infrared LED coupled with a silicon NPN phototransistor, enabling the transmission of DC and signal information.

This optocoupler comes in a standard SOIC-8 surface mountable package, making it suitable for high-density applications where space is limited. The package conforms to standards for surface-mounted devices and is compatible with various soldering methods including dual wave, vapor phase, and IR reflow.
