The Infineon IKP10N60T is a high-performance IGBT transistor designed for demanding applications. It features TRENCHSTOP™ and Fieldstop technology, providing very tight parameter distribution and high ruggedness.

The device boasts a low collector-emitter saturation voltage (Vce(sat)) of 1.5V (typical) at 25°C and a maximum junction temperature of 175°C, ensuring efficient operation under load.
