Part of the Vishay Dale IHLP-2525CZ-01 series, the IHLP2525CZERR10M01 is a high current, shielded molded inductor designed for power management applications. With an inductance of 100 nH (measured at 100 kHz, 0.25 V, 0 A) and a tolerance of ±20%, this inductor provides a low DC resistance of 1.5 mOhm typical (1.7 mOhm maximum) at 25°C, enabling high current handling with minimal power loss. It is rated for a continuous current of 32.5 A (ΔT=40°C) and can handle saturation currents up to 60 A (20% inductance drop). The self-resonant frequency is typically 400 MHz, and the rated operating voltage is 75 V.

The inductor features a shielded molded construction that reduces electromagnetic interference and supports ultra-low buzz noise. The IHLP series is optimized for DC/DC converters, high current POL (point-of-load) converters, and battery-powered devices. It is suitable for applications up to 5 MHz for energy storage and up to the SRF for filtering.
