The IHLP2525CZER1R0MA1 is a surface mount shielded molded inductor from Vishay Dale's IHLP-2525CZ-A1 series. It is AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications.
Electrical specifications include inductance of 1 µH ±20% at 100 kHz and 0.25 V. Rated current is 11 A typical (heat rating at ΔT 40°C) with saturation current of 22 A typical (L drops ~20%). DC resistance is 10 mOhm max (9 mOhm typical). Self-resonant frequency is 55 MHz typical. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C.
The inductor features shielded construction with a composite core for ultra low buzz noise. It handles high transient current spikes without hard saturation. Suitable for DC/DC converters up to 5 MHz and filter applications up to SRF.
Package is a nonstandard case measuring 6.86mm x 6.47mm x 3.00mm. Surface mount mounting. RoHS3 compliant and MSL level 1 (unverified).
